An unpleasant arrival experience due to lack of reception area!!! Limited common areas feel cramped, and misleading online representation does not match actual room sizes!!!

Comfortable bed, clean room, with helpful amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle for a relaxing stay, tucked conveniently near the city centre for easy exploration and shopping.

The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants, ensuring a peaceful stay. parking was misleading, as there was no dedicated space available, leading to inconvenience. noise from the toilet system was disruptive, impacting the overall comfort.

my stay at the rooms was fantastic! communication was spot-on. they informed us on accessing the property and check-in/out timings. the room was very clean and well-equipped with an iron, microwave, and fridge. loved the quiet atmosphere, and the location is perfect, so close to the shops and restaurants.

I booked a family room by accident, thinking I was getting a bigger hotel. This turned out to be a happy mistake. The couple running the guesthouse treated me like family. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. Raj and his wife were exceptionally warm and even helped with our parking meter. The breakfast was delightful, tailored to our preferences, and it was nourishing. The guesthouse’s location in Cheltenham is excellent, right in the center. the building has no lift, which could be an issue if you're carrying heavy luggage. My only complaint would be a bit of noise from the street at night, as we could hear revelers from nearby, but heavy curtains mitigated this. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay. The hospitality and comfort really stood out for me during this trip.

I stayed for three nights, and everything was just a few steps away, from the stunning Imperial Gardens to the lively Cheltenham Town Hall, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable. the breakfast was cooked to each person's taste and was absolutely lovely.

the location is rly great for cheltenham town-centre n the racecourse. The owners were super friendly and welcoming. the deluxe double room was clean and neat, and the cooked breakfast was quite nice too! also, the communication with owners was quick and polite, which i appreciated.
