Central Promenade location, spacious common areas, generous tea/coffee stations
An unpleasant arrival experience due to lack of reception area!!! Limited common areas feel cramped, and misleading online representation does not match actual room sizes!!!

Great communication from the start made access easy, and the room was impeccably clean, equipped with essential amenities like a microwave and fridge. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants, ensuring a peaceful stay. parking was misleading, as there was no dedicated space available, leading to inconvenience. noise from the toilet system was disruptive, impacting the overall comfort.

I booked a family room by accident, thinking I was getting a bigger hotel. This turned out to be a happy mistake. The couple running the guesthouse treated me like family. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. Raj and his wife were exceptionally warm and even helped with our parking meter. The breakfast was delightful, tailored to our preferences, and it was nourishing. The guesthouse’s location in Cheltenham is excellent, right in the center. the building has no lift, which could be an issue if you're carrying heavy luggage. My only complaint would be a bit of noise from the street at night, as we could hear revelers from nearby, but heavy curtains mitigated this. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay. The hospitality and comfort really stood out for me during this trip.

Recommend it for those who appreciate a good location
The owners are genuinely helpful and made us feel welcome right from the start. The room had a generous amount of tea and coffee supplies, far better than the usual paltry offerings you typically see.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service and comfort, it was still acceptable.
